Shipping policy

1. Delivery areas

We deliver within the Arab Republic of Egypt. If your area is out of the shipping company's coverage, you will be informed before the order is confirmed.

2. Confirm and process the request

  • The order is confirmed within 24 hours from the time of completion (via call or message).
  • Processing time before shipment: 1–2 working days.
  • Orders during public holidays or Fridays may begin processing on the first business day thereafter.

3. Expected delivery time

After the order is shipped, the expected delivery time is:
  • Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 working days
  • Alexandria and the Delta: 2 to 4 working days
  • The rest of the governorates: from 3 to 6 working days

Note: The periods are estimated and may increase in times of pressure (seasons, offers) or due to the circumstances of the shipping company.

4. Shipping cost

  • Shipping costs vary by province/region.
  • The final shipping value will be explained before the order is sent or during the order completion page (depending on the site system).

5. Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:
  •  Cash on delivery (if available for your region)
  • Electronic payment via [Insta Pay/Vodafone Cash card] (optional)

6. Follow-up of the shipment

After shipping the order will be sent:
  • A message confirming the shipment
  • Shipment tracking number (if available) or shipping company data

7. Address and phone number

Please make sure to write the address in detail and the correct phone number. If the customer cannot be contacted or there is an error in the address, the delivery may be delayed and the cost of the reshipment may be calculated.

8. Delivery failure or refusal of receipt

In the event that delivery could not be made due to incorrect response / incorrect address or the receipt of the request was rejected:
  • The order may be cancelled,
  • The cost of shipping or shipping + return may be calculated by the shipping company.

9. Shipping-related exchanges/returns

  • If the product arrives damaged or does not match: Please contact within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • The case will be handled in accordance with our exchange and return policy.
